REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Full Conference fees include all seminars Friday through Sunday and meals from breakfast on Friday through breakfast on Sunday, but no lodging. Commuter rates include meals on the day attending. Those attending the Pre-Conference Workshops pay a separate fee, which includes lunch. Continuing Education Units for architects and engineers are available for many of the seminars. Contact our office for details.

Rates include 15% gratuity, 6% Goods and Services Tax (GST) and 7.5% Provincial Tax (PST). All prices are quoted in US dollars and payment must be made in US dollars. Canadians registering by check should add "US" after the dollar amount on their checks. Credit card transactions are preferable and give Canadians the most favorable rate.

Room reservations are not included in your conference fee and must be booked with the hotel directly. Rates are $110 US for a single or double occupancy. A third person sharing is an additional $25 US ($30 CAN) per night. Children 18 years old or under and sharing their parents' accommodation are complimentary. Add 7% GST and 7.5% PST plus a $5 CAN per room per day service charge. The GST is rebatable on room charges for non-Canadians; applications can be obtained at the hotel.

1. Visit www.fairmont.com.
2. Select destination: Canada: Montebello; choose “Fairmont Le Chateau Montebello.”
3. Enter your arrival dates (Pre-Conference workshops begin Oct. 18; the main conference starts Oct. 19-21).
4. Enter Promotional Code: GRTIM1

This will lead to a selection of room types at the historic log hotel at our special rate of $110 US per night, single or double. Enter your personal information to complete your reservation.

The Spouse rate is also for children over 12, and is the same whether they attend the Conference or not. Children aged 4-12 pay $130 US for meals for the weekend or $65 US per day; children under 4 eat free. Children 18 and under stay free if sharing a room with parents.
