David Crocco (Ridgewood, NJ) in solitary splendor fitting the gudgeon for the tail bearing on the wind shaft, the principal rotating timber. Dreaming Creek had roughed out this piece, but apparently stopped at a hint of metal deep inside. David discovered some barbed wire way down deep with his edge tools.
